Class offerings

I offer a six-week Mindfulness Meditation class at different community settings.  Dates vary.  This class is an introduction to basic mindfulness meditation practices such as breath and body awareness, and how to be with thoughts, emotions and physical pain without becoming overwhelmed by them.  Some classes include a mindful movement practice.  Mindfulness Meditation brings:

  • greater concentration and focus
  • mental clarity and calm
  • physical relaxation
  • balanced emotions
  • fuller appreciation of self and others

These simple practices can be learned and used immediately to help revitalize your outlook on life.  Their use helps to clear the mind and allows us to respond effectively to any situation in which we are engaged.
