The heart of this site is to encourage us to Be Mindful Now. Living as fully as possible in the moment with awareness of body, speech and mind opens doors that we never knew existed.
Through the use of inspirational writings, suggested meditation/awareness practices, reflection, useful quotes, and other creative tools, we can explore some of the depths and heights of our being.
This site is dedicated to the Buddha who pointed us to the profound realization of the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, and to my inspiring teachers who walk the path of the Dharma with mindfulness–one step at a time. May they continue to walk this path in good health.
May all harmful states of mind appearing as real quickly cease.
