What does it mean to be mindful?  How does mindful awareness affect my life?  Will it bring me peace of mind?  These are just a few of the questions that can be answered through a regular practice of mindfulness meditation and awareness training.

Mindfulness is a way of being present with what is happening to me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually right now.  With training and practice I am able to be with my experiences without fear, resistance or clinging to personal preferences.  This is called equanimity.  Years of repeated practice of opening to mindful awareness has broadened my understanding, view and experience of what it means to be a human being.

I wish to share with you some of the ways in which mindfulness can connect you to lost, forgotten or unknown parts of yourself so you can enjoy greater fulfillment with the life you have now.
