Flowering Plum

I love spring.  I love the way nature comes alive.  A short two-block walk from our house recently revealed a beautiful flowering plum tree I had not seen in previous years.  The Japanese couple who live at this house have the mate to the tree that actually produces fruit.  But the beauty of the flowering tree is spectacular.
